Located near Westheimer and Fondren

$17.00 per hour starting pay, increasing to $18/hr after conversion to perm (3-4 months)

Option to be remote after conversion to perm (3-4 months)

Duties

Tier 2 agents will support internal employees with the following:

Support modems and wireless connectivity, Windows profiles, Active Directory, Device manager, joining devices to the domain, printer problems, debugging Blue Screens, reloading drivers and extensive experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
